From I-70 take Frisco exit 203 heading south on Hwy 9 through Frisco to Breckenridge (9 miles). Continue through Breckenridge, heading south on Hwy 9 for 3.5 miles from the Conoco Gas Station to Blue River Drive on left side (look for sign "Blue River Estates - Leisure Living Homes" and a small "A" frame building with red front). Turn left on Blue River Drive. Turn right on Royal (approx. 3rd right), take an immediate left (you're still on Royal), then first right turn on Regal Circle, then first left on Coronet, then make next right on Bonanza Trail and you will dead-end at Soneybrooke Villa (114 Bonanza Trail).
